Our shipping can take anywhere from 5-30 days to get fully shipped depending on where you live and the shipping you paid for at checkout. Keep in mind, there will always be a 4-7 day processing time before your order get’s shipped, regradless of if you paid for shipping. This means you’ll get your tracking number in that alloted time. An additional 5-23 days of waiting is done after that, this depends on the shipping option you’ve selected.

After the mention 4-7 day processing time for your order, you’ll rceieve a “tracking” number. This is so you know where your package is. You can track your order using 17track.net

We are confident in the quality of our product, however if you have any qualms email info@dripcities.com. We do not accept returns however if requested before 7 days after delivery, we may issue you a refund or store credit. Keep in mind, if your order has been SHIPPED and you have your tracking number, we will not accept a refund request. Only after order has been delivered and you send proof of incorrect sizing/any mistake, may we issue you a refund or store credit.
